I am Marcus, I would like to share one of my favorite recipes. I hope you enjoy it. Remember this recipe can get a bit sticky but no matter what it is, it's still yum.
CHOCOLATE CRINKLE Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 cup cocoa powder
2 cups of sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons vanilla
Half teaspoon salt
Half cup of oil
Half cup of icing sugar- covering
Instructions
1.Whisk together cocoa, sugar, eggs,Vanilla.
2.Sift together flour, baking powder and salt
3.Mix flour mixture onto cocoa mixture
4. Put the mixture in the fridge overnight
5. Preheat oven at 170degrees
6. Shape it into balls with your hands
7. Drop and roll into the bowl of icing sugar
8. Put them into a lined baking tray
9. Put them in the oven and bake them for 12 minutes
10. Get them out, cool and EAT !

YUMMY! Marcus.These look delicious...I will have to get the ingredients and try these out.I made some lolly cake balls with licorice but yours look way nicer.

ReplyDeleteThey do look delicious! I thought they might be called chocolate crinkles because of the way the icing sugar crinkles? It's good that both your mum and dad can cook. This probably means that one day you will be able to cook on your own. :) Thank you for the recipe.
